I got complimentary economy room with a bath as an upgrade, nice gesture. I found the hotel's location quiet, right by shops, churches, golf club, golf club and the pub. Plus, James Mitchell was located in the immediate surroundings.

The rooms of the hotel were well-equipped and extremely pleasant with a bath and opening windows. Had breakfast in the restaurant. The location was particularly good, very close to shops, churches, golf club, local amenities and the pub. Also, Castle Fraser Policies was 4 km away.

We had a lovely stay at the Burnett Arms for a few nights. The quiet location suited our needs perfectly. Willie, Birdie, and the staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome, especially during these uncertain times. The breakfast, as mentioned in other reviews, was absolutely fantastic. The bar was also great, with a friendly atmosphere. We can't wait to come back!

My recent stay at the Burnett Arms was excellent. The friendly staff allowed me to securely store my bike overnight, which gave me peace of mind. The small but comfortable room had opening windows, perfect for the hot weather. The facilities worked well, and I had a decent night's sleep. The location was quiet, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as difficulty finding the entrance to the accommodation side of the pub when arriving late at night and the restaurant being closed, these didn't significantly impact my overall experience. Additionally, the lack of WiFi and information about evening food service was a slight inconvenience.
